- RED DAY
FREE Softball
& Baseball Clinics: The Milo Recreation Department
will be sponsoring FREE Baseball and Softball Clinics for high school
students Saturdays: March 13th, & 20th. Softball will be
12:00-2:00 p.m. Baseball will be 2:30-4:30 p.m. Please
bring your glove and sneakers. Rec. Director Dickie Martin will
be the instructor. You are welcome to come this Saturday even if
you missed last week.
Open Gym
for high school boys interested in playing basketball 6-7:30 p.m.
each Tuesday and Thursday. This is sponsored by the Milo
Recreation Department and will include the men’s league.
DETENTION:
Level II detentions this week will be on Thursday and will be held in
Mr. Russell’s room 210.
Close Up
Students: Please eat lunch with Mr. Carey on FRIDAY.

SENIORS:
The local scholarship application is now available. ALL seniors
advancing their education are encouraged to apply. Please pick up
an application in the Guidance Office soon.
The Class of 2011 is proud to present the date, theme and location of
this year’s senior prom: “We invite you to spend a night on the
red carpet” at the M.C. Cook school in LaGrange on May 15th,
2010.
Alice in
Wonderland will be performed by the 2010 Senior class on March
19th and 20th at the Milo Town Hall at 7pm. Please join us for some
great entertainment (and tea party refreshments)!
The intent of the school lunch policy
was not intended to allow endless charging. There have several
letters sent home to students with outstanding balances to warn
students who owe $15.00 or more they will no longer be allowed to
charge their lunch. As of Friday, any student who continues to
owe $15.00 or more will be turned away and not allowed to charge.
Thank you to all students who are prompt or current with their lunch
account.
Middle School
Sectionals today: Period 1; 8th grade percussion; Period
2: 7th grade percussion; Period 4: Trumpets; Period 5: Clarinets.
The Sons of the American Legion, Bernard
Jones Post #92 in Brownville Jct., are inviting students interested in
joining or learning more to please stop by the Legion Building on
Railroad Ave. in the Jct. on Saturday, March 20 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00
p.m. For more information, stop by the office.
